Tracy Richardson Clement: President

I’m a mom of three teenagers and one fur-baby (a mini-Schnauzer named Miss Scarlett) and a wife of 20+ years.  I have ALWAYS loved to write and manage projects.  When I was younger, I didn’t recognize that these skills could be part of a career path and spent seven years practicing respiratory therapy.  After a second round at LSU in Baton Rouge—where I corrected the career navigational error with a new Bachelor’s degree in Journalism—and some divine intervention, I found myself in a career that paid me to do what I love doing.  It was amazing and awesome!

My clients benefit from my history: I don’t panic under pressure (Charity Hospital in Baton Rouge is a pressure cooker and an excellent environment to train oneself to remain calm regardless of what is happening around you!).  This shows through when I’m helping clients navigate tight deadlines, chaotic changes and crisis situations.  And, because I literally love what I do, my clients enjoy that I enjoy working with them.

Now, with more than 15 years experience in communications, I have used my skills and background to create and execute marketing, advertising and media relations campaigns for one of the world’s most well-known brands—Coca Cola—one of the Southeast’s most recognized companies—BellSouth (now AT&T) and fast-growing small businesses with national aspirations.  I’ve also created and directed turn-key communications plans for some of the world’s most well-known and well-respected faith-based, non-profit organizations and enterprises.

Before founding Robin Tracy Public Relations I held positions at:
The DeMoss Group, Clement Communications, Perimeter Church, The Golf Club of Georgia, Health Images (now Health South) and Antinori Software (now FiServe).

My work has been recognized and honored through major industry awards, including:

  • 2007 MarCom Creative Award—Foursquare Foundation 2006 Annual Report
  • 2006 Religion Communications Council DeRose-Hinkhouse Memorial Award—Walking the Bible (PR plan and materials )
  • 2005 MarCom Creative Award—Regent University brochure
  • 2002 Print Excellence Competition, “Best Non-process Color Printing Top Gold Award”—For an innovative 2-color brochure
  • 1991 ASI President’s Award—Awarded to the outstanding employee who exemplifies the entrepreneurial attitude and spirit of Antinori Software, Inc.
